How to Cook Delicious Dipped Beef Hot Pot

Step 1: Prepare ingredients

  • You can choose other cuts of meat, but to make the hot pot more delicious, you should choose fresh beef that is not rare and has no strange smell. When you buy beef, you wash it with dilute mosquito water and then dry it. Next, you cut the beef into thin circles, then arrange on a separate plate.
  • You put 2-3 tablespoons in a bowl, add filtered water and stir with a spoon. Then, you use a sieve to filter the batch and discard the carcass.
  • Onions peeled, washed, thinly sliced, set aside.
  • Garlic and shallots are peeled, smashed and chopped to separate each type.
  • Lemongrass you wash, chop.
  • Chilli washed, chopped.
  • Wash tomatoes, cut areca.
  • Pineapple you peel off the skin, remove the eyes and chop.

Step 2: Marinate beef

When the beef is thinly sliced, you marinate them with some ground pepper, ½ teaspoon seasoning, ½ teaspoon MSG and mix well.

Step 3: Cook hot pot

You put the hot pot on the stove, add cooking oil, when the oil is hot, you add chopped onion, garlic and lemongrass to fry until fragrant. When the ingredients are fragrant, add the tomatoes and stir-fry together. Stir-fry until the tomatoes are firm, then add cold water and filtered water to boil.

Step 4: Season to taste
